99 Bottles

99 Bottles is the newest addition in PPL Center and opened in October of 2016. 99 Bottles’ is an American style gastropub concept and has a menu that features coal-fired comfort food being prepared in creative and unique ways. Our chef, Holly Ahart,  is incorporating both the beers and the whiskeys into her food preparations and reinventing old favorites. Virtually all of our menu items are created from our centerpiece, the coal fired oven.

What are our 99 Bottles you may ask? The math is really quite simple, 70 bottled and canned craft beers + 29 bourbons, scotches, and whiskeys = 99 Bottles. We have a constantly rotating selection of craft beers as it is our mission to bring some of the finest crafts from Pennsylvania, the US, and the entire globe right here to the Lehigh Valley.
